Fix and extend our brick patio. We didnt know we needed a permit and were finishing laying down the foundation when we received a stop work order. The foundation is finished but we are requesting a permit so we can contribute to the historic character of the neighborhood and add the brick over top of the foundation. The brick will match the sidewalk that is outside of the fenced in yard and there will be 2. 5 feet of soil and bushes along the edge to prevent any water drainage.

Decrease the size of the kitchen window on the back of house, so a countertop can fit below. The window is not in public view as it is landlocked. The current window is not historic but we wish to replace it with one of similar style and dimensions as the windows in the front of the house. The current window is 72 in high x 35 in wide. The proposed window is 55 in high x in wide.
