Remove existing 15-light non-historic entry door on facade; replace it with an 87 x 36" salvaged door, per application, photos, and drawings received 7/31/13 and stamped vcc approved 8/5/13. New door will have a decorative panel below with segmental-arched opening containing clear safety or tempered glass above. Existing hardware will be reused on new door. Replace missing shutters on two windows and one door opening on the facade with newly milled shutters made according to drawing submitted 7/31/13.
