Install a long, 4" wide "klassikdrain" channel drain in the bourbon st. Side of the courtyard before repaving, and tie it into the subsurface drain that leads to the street. This, and all work items listed here are per application received on 7/9/13 and per drawings received on 7/11/13 & 7/16/13, stamped vcc approved on 7/25/13. Install two subsurface drains in the rear section of the courtyard, each with square 11 3/4" grates/catch basins. They will empty into a 4" pvc line buried approximately 6" underground that will tie into the new channel drain mentioned above. Relocated one existing hvac condenser unit on a new concrete slab, as indicated on the drawings mentioned above. Straighten and stabilize existing 3 brick wall at rear of the service building.
