In order to fix the problem we will change the slope of the concrete within the carport starting approx 3 feet back from the garage door opening. This will allow the height of the concrete at the point where the garage door meets the concrete to be lowered by approximately 2 inches. We will also lower the height of the exterior driveway ramp to meet the lowered pad height and will shallow the ramp grade. The work will be completed in one afternoon and will occur between the hours of 9. 30am and 3. 30pm. During all phases of construction, wide access for through traffic will be provided.
