I own and occupy my building at 4 claremont park. I would like to use 3 of my bedrooms as ? Bed & breakfast? Guest rooms on an overnight basis. The length of occupancy will not exceed 14 days. There will be no kitchen facilities in the rooms and we will provide our guests with a self-serve continental breakfast at no additional cost. We will have no exterior signs and there will be no retail sales on the premises. Additionally there are hardwired smoke and c. O. Detectors in each room along with one in the public hall way. The rear bedrooms have fire escapes that connect to an adjacent building along with electronic door releases that are hard wired to the smoke and co detectors in the building.
