Revision to permit b1408602. The proposed plans is for an exterior and interior renovation/conversion of three existing muti-family residential buildings which contain 12 total units ( 4 units each), into one new combined multi family building w/24 total units, scope of work includes demolition of existing roofs, some interior partitions and all existing plumbing/kitchens in all units to be replaced per proposed layouts. Building conversion includes new structural elements (wall/ posts and foundation) in order to combine existing three buildings into one, along with adding a third floor and additional units in basement which currently has none. New building additions to be added to rear of building to convert current 1-bedroom units into 2 bedroom units, and new 3-bedroom units at new building connection.
