Ez exterior brick veneer wall covering - for the application of exterior wall coverings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans. Install 4 inch brick veneer on foundation wall as per 2009 irc 703. 7. Maximum height: feet above foundation. Maximum thickness 5 inches. Window and door openings same size location. New wall shall be anchored to supporting wall with corrosion-resistant metal ties 24 inches on center horizontally and vertically. Provide 1 inch air space between walls. Provide weep holes and flashing above window and door openings. Provide capping, flashing and caulking at termination of wall to prevent water infiltration. An inspection of existing wall to be scheduled with inspector before work starts.
