Existing siding is very worn and previously termite infested -- burglars actually entered the house with their bare hands. Work: 1.) replace this with smooth hardiplank siding 2.) add 1 2 osb plywood and vapor barrier. 3.) repair damage where burglars entered the house. Please note that this work was previously approved by the hdlc via cofa 12-20302-hdlc, issued by k. Falwell, applicant david bienne (he was my architect, he is deceased) allowing changing to smooth hardiplank -- this work was not done then as a cost saving measure. Please not that there is a whole in the house from burglars and we are eager to start asap. Please see elevations (house should look actually the same, no other modifications except siding repair) would like to request an expedite review.

Repair/replace masonry and mortar on all elevations, as needed, with like materials to match existing.-mortar- 1 part portland cement, 3 parts lime, 9 parts sand, enough water to form a workable mix.-stucco- base coat- consists of 2 coats, doubled up work of 5/8" total thickness, proportioned as follows: 1 part portlandcement, 3 parts lime, 9 parts sand, 6 lbs./cubic yard hair or fiber, enough water to form a workable mix.-finish coat- 1/4" in total thickness proportioned as follows: 1 part portland cement, 3 parts lime, 9 parts sand, enoughwater to form a workable mix. Paint any repaired/unpainted stucco to match existing wall color. Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 s2s t&g floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with " bead to match detail sheet #12(attached). Touch up paint on all millwork, shutters and balcony, as needed, with like colors to match existing. Permit reissued 7. 9. 15
