To install a brick patio in the public space in front of my house within my front yard. Using old bricks reclaimed from an old house put down directly on the soil. I will use sand to fill in the interstices between the bricks to dc standard and code.

I would like to replace my existing fence with a new hoop and spire "wrought iron"-type fence. There is a fence present there right now. It is a white picket fence. The new fence will have iron pickets approximately every four inches. The new fence will have vertical decorative panels integrated every few feet (these will be eight inches wide and about inches tall). The new fence will be less than 42 inches in height. The current fence is less than 42 inches in height. The current fence extends from the front of my house out to the sidewalk and then along the sidewalk. I would like to replace all of it (with the wrought iron fence). I would also like to add a new wrought iron gate to match my new fence.
