Individual manhole access occupancy permits associated with this yearly manhole access permit are feeless as of the date of this permit issuance. The appropriate typical, when used, must be visible at location and identified when aplying for location specific occupancy permit. No road closures are allowed. A pedestrian clearance must be created when closing sidewalk.
