Gannett fleming, on behalf of chevron environmental management company plans to install one oxygen reactive zone system in the alley in between oglethorpe street north east, and nicholson street north east. The installation includes one 5 6"x 36 vault to house a compressed gas oxygen cylinder and associated piping which will be connected to an electrical backboard (installed near the conduit of a utility pole) and installed directly behind 594 nicholson street north east. To reach the backboard conduit will be run in a trench approximately 9 from the system vault to the backboard ventilation piping for the vault will also be run in this trench for a vent stack located near the electrical backboard. Five wells will be installed in 2x2 vaults and connected to the system by underground lines run through trenches. Two monitoring wells in the grass area in between georgia avenue nw, and the sidewalk adjacent to georgia avenue nw are to be abandoned. The work consists of removing the metal vault in the grass area backfilling the well with bentonite hole plug and finishing the surface to match the surrounding area. The duration of work at each location will be no longer than minutes. The work area and corresponding traffic control will not in any way interfere with driving lanes, the curb lane, or pedestrian traffic in the sidewalk. The grass area is approximately 4 wide and will accommodate the work area.

The remaining two locations along lanier place are in a planter box associated with the gas station property the work van will be parked in private space, and all work will take place in the planter box not blocking any portion of the sidewalk. The remaining location in the median of adams mill road is not in an area used by pedestrians and will be surrounded by tirty six inch reflective cones.
