Roof repairs - some repairs, partial replacement of small back section. - remove the rear section of the upper main roof to the sheathing (section with roof access)- small section at back of house, not visible from street in front or back alleyway - install a certainteed flintlastic mineral surfaced modified bitumen membrane roof over base sheet and mid ply.- replace all the flashing with white aluminum sheetmetal.- - remove the necessary tile on the left front mansrd dormer in order to repair the damaged sheathing.- reset the existing tile and replace six (6) broken tile - spanish tile, will be replaced with a exact match- repair replace the counter flashing on the left side of the mansard with 16 oz copper flashing.- repaint the sides of the front mansard dormers white.- replace the skylight with a fixed clear acrylic skylight - not visible from street, current skylight is broken- close off the top of the pipe where the a c line sets enter the pipe with spray foam.- seal the top of o
