Three geotechnical soil borings with a truck-mounted drill rig approximately 6 inches in diameter and feet in depth. One test pit approximately 4 feet in width, 6 feet in length, and 4 feet in depth. Six environmental borings installed with a geoprobe direct-push drill approximately 2. 25 inches in diameter and 25 feet in depth. Up to three environmental borings may be converted to temporary groundwater sampling points. All well materials to be removed within 24 hours, and the borings grouted with a bentonite slurry upon completion.

Drilling activities will occur on the lot specified on this permit as well as lots 0147, 0150, 0151, 0806, 0809, and 08 of square 5742 all lots are owned by mr. Waldman.
