Minor modifications to existing 9th and 10th floor non-rated gypsum board partitions and furniture arrangements. The ninth floor partition renovations include enlarged reference library and breakroom areas as well as the addition of (2) offices constructed of floor to ceiling demountable paritions. Furniture renovations on the ninth and tenth floor include modifications to arrangement and deletion of cubicles for small collaboration huddle areas. No changes have been made to occupancy type, occupancy load or egress paths. Reference electrical, mechanical and fire protection drawings for new work as required by these architectural modifications. No structural rework is required as a part of this renovation.
