A ladder will be use to reach the areas that require painting. The ladder will occupy a small area on the public side walk. Pedestrians will have continued access to walk freely unobstructed on the side walk while the work is being done. There will always be a person on the ground securing the ladder, orange caution cones and signage to direct pedestrians to clear walk ways around the ladder. The ladder will be taken down at the end of the day and lock away in the rear of the building.
