SCORE 59 1926 Biltmore Street Nw Washington Dc To replace the front leadwalk, steps, railing, and 6" high sidewalk coping wall leading from the sidewalk to my front door. The steps and a portion of the leadwalk are located within the public row since the property line for my house is setback 17 from the sidewalk. Please see attached site plan and photos as well as a letter of approval from lenfant trust who has a historic easement for 1926 biltmore street nw. Because i am disturbing more than 50sf of land area (we have 70sf of steps and leadwalk), i was asked to do a sediment and erosion control plan. I dont know what that is, so please let me know what it entails. I am happy to come to the permitting office to discuss if that would be helpful.
