A griffin hollow stem auger drill rig will install up to seventeen 17 gravel pack wells, by advancing a 12. 25 id hsa from existing grade to a depth of feet or refusal. All drill cutting and investigating derived wastes from potentially contaminated sites shall be placed in a covered container and laboratory tested for offsite disposal by contractor. Into each well will be installed a 1hp turbine submersible pump with discharge riser, power cord and lift cable to the surface. At the well head , a throttle valve and check valve will be installed on the effluent line, for each well will be directed through a common manifold to a baffled settling tank located at a location as directed by dc water or ddoe.
