Ledger will be screwed to house sill using timberlock ledger lags 12" o. C.,three new 4"x4" columns supporting roof above, stringers are pt. 2x12 at 16" o. C. On 4" concrete pad, decking is 1"x4" mahogany screwed with ss screws, stair treads are 5/4" x 6" mahogany,rails are 36" height mahogany with 2"x2" balusters 4"o. C.,stair rails at 36" height with 1 1/4" sub rail at 34",treads will be 11 1/4" and risers will be 7 1/4",skirt boards will be 1"x8" and lower section will be either lattice or 1x4 verticals.
