Demolition of existing garage and replacement with an new 4 square foot primary detached accessory structure (2 car garage) and an attached 1 square foot secondary accessory structure attached to the garage. The proposed structure appears to meet zoning regulations regarding building heights (primary and secondary), wall heights and setbacks. In terms of building materials, the applicant indicates that the primary exterior faade material will be a horizontal hardiplank lap siding with a smooth finish. A hardi type shingle will be used in the gables. A metal paneled garage door and man door will be used. The windows shown on the plans are single hung vinyl windows. A french door on the south elevation may be used instead of a window if the owner chooses. Asphalt shingles will be used on the roof. The drawings are slightly different than what the applicant indicates will be used. The coa takes precedent over the notes on the plans in terms of building materials to be used.
