Single family repairs. Lcs; voided; has been more than one year since last inspection. Lcs; building review comments: scope of project is to excavate a crawlspace and construct interior retaining walls to support the existing perimeter foundation. The design for the retaining wall has been engineered with reinforcing steel. The new retaining wall is designed with waterproofing membrane and footing drain. The approved engineers plans shall be on the jobsite for inspections. The project will include electrical to install electrical plugs.
