(1)retain current placement of gas lines till all permanent kitchen placement/details are resolved. (2)retain placement of exterior gas heaters located in courtyard/carriage-way as they are hanging from chains & connected by pro-flex lines for easy disconnect. (3)retain placement of exterior fans located in courtyard/carriage-way, & correct the way fans are mounted by vcc staff providing approvable mounting brackets or suggestions. (4)exterior condenser unit/platform to retain its location, but add some type of decor or other vcc suggestions for minimal visibility. (space in the courtyard is now limited, we have applied for all mechanics to be placed on the roof but was denied, maybe a decor can be added)(5)an existing vent in the wall on our property line is preexisting when the building was acquired by mr. Farrell. Please clear this violation or suggest a resolution. (6)retain placement of 2 exterior tvs in the courtyard as they are not visible once shutters are closed. (7)keep place
