The existing suite condition is a warm dark shell. New work will include complete construction of partitions, ceilings and millwork. The suite shall receive new finishes throughout. Interior renovation land demolition on partial of the third floor on suite-300, inclding conference space, lan room pantry, open work areas. New lighting fixtures will be provided throughout. New electrical work will be done throughout. New plumbing work shall be done throughout. Existing mechanical systems shall be modified and new components provided to support the new build-out as required throughout. New life safety systems will be provided throughout, as per design.
