We are now applying for a permit for the fence. We are happy with the current design but recognize it covers a "right of way". Our permit application and proposal includes a modification that will not interfere with the "right of way" our neighbor at 12 monument court has over the property. Specifically the proposed fence design would remove two sections of fence and replace with a small section of fence along the street and a gate.
