We would like to host a small community meeting at southampton st. This will be an informal sit-down meeting to discuss the proposed marijuana dispensary at that location. We will make a verbal presentation then open up to q &; as. The meeting will be conducted similarly to a typical community group or civic meeting. We anticipate approx 15-25 people to attend. We currently have a lease but the building is unoccupied and empty. We will provide folding chairs. We will serve refreshments - coffee bottles water and possibly cookies. This meeting is to take place in the evening 7-8:30pm on may 22nd 2014
