Addition of a five story structure above an existing one story portion with a roof deck above the existing four story portion with a 42" railing as per sealed submitted plans. Phc reqirements and approval is required for all exterior work front and rear. Electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire suppression work requires additional permits.
