Targlietta (sp?) called me today (friday) to file a complaint that work was being performed by someone who was not certified and without permits. I called jerry and just asked him to speak to the property manager knowing that ms. T. Does not always recognize the work that is occurring and what requires permits and what doesnt. It does not appear as though there is any violation and we will wait and watch for the appropriate permits. Please let me know when this permit is applied for and issued.
