November 29, 2007 12:52:42 pm kneel new single famly location: sweeten crk rd to fairview rd, left on east st.; zoning was on hold. No site plan drawn to scale. Need to learn location of road right-of-way. Called applicant contact, requested they submit a building permit amendment site plan showing the property boundaries, road right-of-way location for both east st and oakview rd, proposed new construction footprint/outline and the related distances from the new construction to all property boundary lines and all rights-of-ways /easements. Also concerned about proposed driveway locations and off-street parking requirement. Received survey, but no revised site plan. Looking at old site plan and newly provided survey, it is clear they will not be able to meet udo standards. Called applicant back, left message request

If site falls out of compliance for any of the agencies stated above, the project stands the chance of having a notice of violation issued against the project to shutting down the job and retracting the approval for the land disturbance. Please stay in compliance. If any of the minimum best management practices fail to adequately keep sedimentation on the site, it shall be the responsibility of the owner to correct. Please note that temporary ground cover must be established, prior to grading being released for the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy and permanent ground cover must be established, prior to grading being finalized for the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
