This is a remodel of the main level, west wing of the church office building. We will be replacing the existing devices with new devices. A new nac will be installed in the electrical closet to control the strobes. New amplifiers will be installed in the data gathering panel on the third floor for voice control. Wiring is already in place from the dgp on the 3rd floor to the electrical room where the new nac will be installed. All wiring will be class a.

Installing an addressable system in the temple proper and annex bldg. Devices will be replaced 1 for 1 in 95% of the building. This will not be a full upgrade at this time, but will accomodate for coverage based on the existing system.

Hvac remodel of 23 floor

Remodel of entire floor. Use all new equipment and tie to existing transponder in electrical room. Mount new nac panel in closet located in store room 2301 to run strobe circuits, run speaker circuits to the existing transponder. Damper shutdown relays are to be located in each of the electrical rooms. The east electrical room will close the east dampers and the west electrical room will close the west dampers. Duct detectors will be mounted within 5 of each damper. The initiating circuit will run back to the existing transponder, the circuit is m9. Won-door controller is located in the east electrical room and connect to the transponder from there.

This is a complete remodel of the 24th floor of the church office building. A new nac panel will be installed to control the new strobes and the existing speaker circuit will be used to run the new speakers. New duct detectors will be installed as well as all equipment that makes up the fire alarm for this floor.

We will prepare the existing roof to receive the new system by removing the existing epdm membrane. We will be installing tapered foam crickets around the outside between drains and a 1 4" hard board will be installed. We will be installing a light grey s-327 mil pvc single-ply membrane, manufactured by sarnafil. This system will be attached using rhino bond adhered mechanically fastening system.

Remodel of the east wing of the church office building. Floors include levels 4, 3, 2, 1, ll1, ll2, and ll3. Floors 1, ll1, ll2, and ll3 will connect to the ll1 east transponder. Floors 4, 3, and 2 will connect to the 3rd floor east transponder.

Lds church intends to remodel the three main stairwells to the church office building tower: center stairwell, north east stairwell and north west stairwell. This is a voluntary seismic upgrade including an aesthetic refresh to the finish materials in the stairwells. Scope of work includes the main level up to the 28th and 29th floors. No work in the lower parking stairwells will be completed. No work in the east wing or west wing stairwells will be completed at this time. Intent is for the construction of this project to be phased. A detailed description of the construction phasing is included within the the design criteria.
