The event tear down will not be completed until noon on sunday, december 7. The organizers have an encroachment agreement for the christmas tree on the property through 1 6 15. The organizer would like to make an addition to allow some music to be performed at the property on saturday, december 6 from 1:00pm 7:00pm and a chestnut vendor added to the property during fridays main event and during the additional hours on saturday.
