Replace the balcony decking and balcony fascia boards with "aeratis heritage", double-sided, tongue & groove boards. Also sand, prep, and repaint the balcony iron railings to match existing.

Replace broken burgundy street window shutter, and paint to match existing shutters.

Remove deteriorated balcony floorboards and fascia boards. Install new "aeratis heritage" 5/4x4 s2s t&g floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). Sand, prep, and repaint balcony iron railings to match existing. Outriggers to be painted white, semigloss. All repair/replacement work shall match existing in size, detail, profile and exposure. All "aeratis heritage" products to be "battleship gray," and to be painted as follows: fascia and underside of balcony, white semigloss. Material shall be installed for trial basis of one (1) year on the 1984 structure only. Note: the "aeratis heritage" product has not been approved for the historic building at 938- contiall "aeratis heritage" products to be inspected by vcc staff or committee member at three (3) month intervals during trial period. At completion of trial period, a final determination will be made by the vcc on the materials appropriateness. Note: permit extended 1 days as of 11-17-1

Masonry and stucco repairs at 2 windows on conti st. Side 1st floor.

To repair areas of masonry above the two ground floor windows on the conti st. Elevation as per materials stamped vcc approved 03 21 17. Work includes but is not limited to: removal of loose stucco repair replacement of underlying brick and mortar joints as necessaryo note: all reinstalled masonry must be properly "toothed in" to existing masonry wall, using vcc mortar formula (attached). Cracked or broken bricks shall be replaced to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure. Apply repair stucco in repair area utilizing the vcc standard detail sheet (attached) paint wall to match existingfailure to exactly match materials, paint color, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work.
