Type of construction changed from iiia to ib to allow for the increase in stories. Building is to be fully sprinklered. Use registration permit and certificate of occupancy required prior to occupancy on the first and second floor vacant commercial spaces. Interior renovations to accomodate new dwelling units on floors 3 thru 7, new elevator and stairways to access basement level (utilities only) and new stairway and handicap toilet rooms on commercial levels (floors 1 and 2) as per plans.

Add 5 stories atop existing 7 story building. Total 12 stories. Use registration for visitor accomodations (hotel) for consolidation lot 932-34 arch. 168 hotel rooms total.
