To remove existing iron alley gate and wooden surround install new wooden alley gate & surround per ac approval of 06/24/14, and drawing stamped approved 07/28/14, as follows: gate to be composed of beaded 1" x 6" and is to be 40" wide and 8 tall surround is also to be composed of beaded 1"x6" and is to be a total height of 12 door to be painted pontalba rose to match shutters surround to be painted ursuline st. Rose to match cottage wall color note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. All work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines.
