Tuck point masonry were needed on both the front and rear building using vcc approved motor mix (see attached). Replace and repair damaged railing on rear of building and dependancy to match existing. Replace front 2nd floor balcony soffit with beadboard to match exisisting small beadboard. Beadboard sheets are not approvable. Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5 4x4 t&g floorboards, and 7 8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). Repair bottom of front balcony columns. Secure loose roof slate at chimney of rear building. Secure lower panel on front entry door and reseal with low gloss clear finish (to match existing). All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work.
