Repair termite damage wood rafters in rear attic. Tuck point masonry walls in front and rear attic. Tuck point left side of rear separate building at the back of the property. Replace and repair damaged railings in rear yard. Replace front 2nd floor balcony soffit with identical material, replace front balcony wood sleeper support and pine t&g porch boards. Repair bottom of front balcony steel columns. Secure loose roof slate at chimney of rear building. Secure lower panel on front entry door and reseal with low gloss clear finish.
