Renovations to vacant office building and conversion to a 175 suite hotel per plans and cpc zd 50-10. Temporary use and occupancy has been approved for the basement, 1st floor common areas, floors 3,4,5,6,7&8 under the following conditions: 1) a building engineer properly licensed for the equiptment in the building must be on site. 2) a continuance fire watch provided by the new orleans fire department must be maintained. If the conditions of this temporary occupancy are violated the electrical service to the building will be removed. To discontinue the fire watch a new temporary occupancy shall be secured from this office removing that condition.
