Insulate wall as necessary, verify that studs are straight and have no signs of deterioration, prime and paint all sides of new wood weatherboards (old cypress, square edge), reveal to match st. Philip side install new housewrap and weatherboards, verify 3/4" reveal at window and wall edge trim. Apply two (2) coats of a grade 1 latex topcoat to match existing color walls to be painted light beige, flat or satin finish, to match existing. Trim to be painted medium beige, eggshell, to match existing, as needed this permit prohibits the application of the following exterior coating materials and paints: sealers, ceramic coatings/paints, elastomeric coatings/paints, waterproofing/water repellent coatings.
