We have an existing shed that we would like to make repairs to. When we renovated the main house, we replaced the roof on the shed, but did not make repairs to the walls. Our repairs would be focused on repairing the walls - which may have some termite damage - and add doors to keep out rodents and vandals. None of the work to be performed will be visible from the street - it all will take place in the backyard which is completely blocked by the home.
