Remove existing roofing material and hvac platform install new plywood over existing wood sheathing install ice and water shield underlayment over the new plywood construct new hvac platform as per drawing submitted 07/17/15, approved by the architectural committee 07/28/15, and stamped vcc approved 07/29/15. Note: platform to be constructed in a way to allow for some airflow under the platform. Install new natural slate (grey/green), using copper nails install/repair stainless steel gutters, flashing and vents install/reinstall existing ridge tiles metal cap-flashing on the parapets is not allowed clean and coat the existing metal roof at the burgundy/conti corner of the main building with a rust inhibitor and elastomeric coating as per architectural committee approval of 07/14/15
