Per attached materials stamped vcc approved 06 09 17, as follows:remove deteriorated concrete on sidewalk driveway and install pennsylvania blue flagstone pavers. Transition at property line must be flush in height with adjacent sidewalk, and must not present a tripping hazard. Install pennsylvania blue flagstone in courtyard remove concrete slab as needed near courtyard gate to provide a smooth transition from curb cut to courtyard. Do not alter existing courtyard drainage; subsurface repairs to courtyard drainage are approved in utility trench as needed. Transition at courtyard wall must be flush in height with driveway and must not present a tripping hazard.
