Place dumpster in the parking lane in front of 916 governor nicholls st for days, from 07/28/2016 to 08/07/2016. Extending dumpster permit for 8 days from 08/07/2016 to 08/15/2016. Extending dumpster permit for days from 08/16/16 to 09/16/16.

Following demolition work to be completed per plans and materials stamped vcc approved 06/16/15 and 06/17/15, to include:remove c. 1930s windows and doors in main building and dependencyremove all plaster and furring on gov. Following work to be completed per plans and materials stamped vcc approved 07/21/15, to include:removal of all c. 1930s masonry infill in main building and dependency, restoring openings to their original sizes,removal of masonry as indicated on plans, for carriageway entrance on gov. Nicholls elevation,bricking-in of non-original, c. 1930s openings. Restore decaying parapets by removing and resetting top two layers of brick,install copper though-wall counter flashing, and copper step flashing,install mortar wash cap with embedded mesh.

Remove existing synthetic roofing material repair and/or replace underlayment as necessary install new natural slate (grey/green), using copper nails install/repair copper gutters, flashing and vents install/reinstall ceramic or concrete v-style or terra cotta ridge tiles metal cap-flashing on the parapets is not allowednote:trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofsall work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelinespermit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr.

Change the existing asphalt roof shingle and galvanized flashing to grey slate and copper flashing. Masonry work using vcc approved mortar will be done to facilitate the flashing work.

To install 17 kw generator in rear courtyard as per architectural committee approval of 11 08 16 and plans & specs stamped vcc approved 05 05 17. Generator measures 50. 5 wide x 32. 9 deep x 31 tall.

This permit allows for the temporary closure of the 9 block governor nicholls between burgundy and dauphine for four hours on 09 08 2017.

To install two (5) dome 4mp dome4mm fixed ip cameras per cut sheet and drawings submitted 09 25 17 & stamped vcc approved 11 08 17. Cameras shall be painted to match the adjacent building surface. All wiring shall be placed in conduitsall conduits to be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery balcony purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces. All cameras to be installed a minimum of 9-feet above the sidewalk and a maximum of 18-inches below the bottom of the balcony, gallery, porch ceiling, roof overhang, or soffit.
