Location, i could not perform the fp occupancy inspection as requested. There is a language barrier and the gentleman couldnt understand most of my questions. He did however understand the inquiry regarding a permit. I feel that he has one due to the above number but it was not on site. Furthermore there were a couple of things that he needed to take care of. On another note; he has added cabinets which in and of themselves i dont have an issue with but the permit reads painting only, no work and a couple of the cabinets (or beautician stations) have sinks in them which are plumbed in. I advised him to make you aware of the sinks when he comes in to pick up a copy of his permit.
