New residence, lot 1; subdivision approved by carl ownbey 11/01/01.; added 2nd pl permit for gas piping/ leslie dean briggs/charged 45/jsb; all permits final/jsb; see marias comment; ok per msd fax; ok per dale williams. Wf96904; waiver ok for this project| maria 5/31/01; building review comments the approved plans with the review checklist and review comments are required to be on the jobsite for use by the field inspector(s). The building permit is required to be posted on the jobsite before an inspection can be made. The "energy compliance worksheet" attached to the approved plans shall be completed, signed, and returned to the building inspector before the insulation inspection can be approved.
