Any deviation will require an amended building permit.

For the erection of an attached structure(maximum height nte 38 feet) with a roof deck above accessed by a pilot house, for use as a single family dwelling.(size and location as shown on the application)

For the erection of a three story structure with a roof deck accessed by a roof deck access structure. Structure for use as a single family household living. Building to be fully sprinklered. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Amended permit required for special inspection.
