Story new construction above and 3 level below grade - the two lowest levels are underground parking . The prime use of the project is hotel . There is one level of retail at the ground level . Approximate total gross building area 518,978 gsf

Revision to existing permit sh1600033, which is for lot 0044 project. This revision is in order to coordinate with adjacent property owners lot 0045 future excavation and future construction project. Lot 0044 work will excavate the same area and same depth than is already shown on previously approved & permitted plans per sh1600033 and corresponding building permit b1506039. As per the attached berkel & company contractors plans, the revision to lot 0044 work will just involve the lot 0044 work to drive sheeting & shoring soldier piles deeper by approximately 25 feet in order not to be potentially undermined at a later date by lot 0045 excavation - due to that lot 0045 excavation is anticipated to be deeper than lot 0044 excavation. Also, lot 0044 work will install eight additional soldier piles at the lot 0044 northeast corner, still within lot 0044 private property. This is due to timing-coordination, and two additional soldier piles at the lot 0044 southeast corner.
