Underpin and repair foundations to two chimneys front stairs elevator foundation and the interior boiler room wall missed during previous repair work carried out to the perimeter and interior walls. No exterior work

The access control system will allow only authorized people into the building. Four readers/keypads will be installed- 1 on the front door 1 on the back door 1 on the gym door and 1 on the door leading to the 1st floor from the basement. These readers will be connected to electronic locking hardware on the doors. The security system will include magnetic contacts on all perimeter doors and windows. It will also include cellular back-up hardware to transmit signals to the central station in the event that the phone lines should go down. 4 low temperature sensors and 8 waterbug flood detectors will be installed throughout the home. The closed circuit television system will include 11 cameras- 2 in the backyard 1 by the front door 1 by the brimmer st basement door 1 by each of the 2nd 3rd and 4th floor fire escapes 2 on the roof deck and 2 in the basement hallway. All video recorded by the cameras will be stored on a 2000gb network video recorder.

Change occupancy from a three family to a two family. Reframe interior partitions as shown on plans plumbing for reworked bathrooms and kitchen new electrical throughout (switches receptacles lights) security wiring low-voltage tel/data. Install new finishes throughout (tile millwork plumbing fixtures finish trim). Rework existing elevator shaft and frame for 2 hr partition for new elevator. Repointing @ exterior as required.

Install (9) carbon monoxide detectors in home.
