February 4, 2013 10:30:21 am pamk. Cswo, complaint intially on 12/11/12, mr. Bryson gave a wrong address. Redacted phone number. Complained of mold on walls, closthes, floor, and now his body. The carpet was taken out, but problem still there. In the basement he said it had flooded due to the laudry and that is where the problem started. It was never cleaned properly. He use to live in apt. B and landlord moved him to apt. A due to mold issue in 1st apt. Pjk; february 26, 2013 3:49:41 pm pamk. Jim hayes went by today and observed no mold issues. There was evidence of flooding in the basement , but maintenance worker said they have gotten rid of machinces that wre overflowing. Jims notes are in attached doc. February 4, 2013 10:30:21 am pamk. Cswo, complaint intially on 12 11 12, mr. Bryson gave a wrong address. Redacted phone number. Complained of mold on walls, closthes, floor, and now his body. The carpet was taken out, but problem still there. In the basement he said it had flooded due to the laudry and that is where the problem started. It was never cleaned properly.
