I was finally able to touch base with the contractor 9 5 01 and got information needed to process application.; 9 angus lane, issued by sb.; ok per msd fax; ok per g. Holt. Wf 111747; traffic engineering approved as planned. Must contact steve snyder of engr dept 48 hours prior to drive entrance construction @ redacted phone number. Drive entrance inspection is required prior to issuance of certificate or occupancy. Sps end traffic engineering; front setbacks to be measured from the existing right of way line. Side and rear setbacks are to be measured from property lines. Setbacks also apply to porches, decks, etc.; building review comments the approved plans with the review checklist and review comments are required to be on the jobsite for use by the field inspector(s).
