Included replace lobby ac unit split system condensing units & housekeeping pads. Include interior design plans for additional guest room finishes, furnishings exempted from permitting admin co. Additinoal permits req: electrical, plumbing, sprinklers(if modified)

For the removal of two (2) flat wall signs and two (2) monument signs with the erection of two (2) internally illuminated flat wall signs (2. 88(h) x 8. 95(w)) and two(2) monument signs (64"(h) x 9-6"(w)) accessory to previously approved existing four (4) story hotel with a takeout restaurant with seating with no music or entertainment. Size and location as shown in application plan.

Level ii exterior alterations (no change of occupancy) for site work in existing hotel parking area to include installation of (2) curb islands, gates, operators and ballard poles as per approved plans. Separate permit required for any electrical work

Install 2 ded 120v 20a circuits from house panel off of lobby to ext of bldg. Install 2 ded cat6 ethernet cables from main computer rm off of lobby to ext of bldg. Install all req pvc conduit and wiring from building to gate locations for power and data per 2008 nec (hotel)

Relocate & replace 10-recess lights, 4-20amp small appliance circuits & relocate 5-existing recpts as per nec 2008 (hotel)

For the extension of an existing nfpa 13 system in to dining area of exisitng building. System served by an existing fire service line with an existing back flow preventer assembly. Fire supression system to be installed in accordance with nfpa 13. Separate permit required for plumbing work.

Replc 109 ceiling fixt,relocate 109 phone jacks to opposite side of guest rm, 109 vanity lts(replace only),replc 109 bath exhst fan guts only as per 2008 nec hotel) permit approved as ez elec by bob parissi no other work to be done on this permit
