Westpark bldg n- 2nd fl.- interior tenant improvement. Work includes existing communication stair removal/ structural floor infill/ non-structural demolition/ new partitions/ doors/ casework and finishes. Area of construction 19/147sf. 12/10/14 revision 1 - the scope of work consists of removing restrooms (rrs) from the scope of work. The existing rrs will remain and are ada compliant. No new rrs will be added. Additional demolition will take place but none of it is structural. The structural infill of an old communication stair remains as planned. The spaces entire ceiling will be removed now and the addition of solatubes (small skylights) have been added. The rest of the changes are cosmetic.

Sopa vacant space market ready 206-423-7107 - replace lighting with 232 t8 troffers per pse rebate program. Install new 200a 480v panel on existing feeder. Provide demolition of entire space. Install new lighting in new restrooms. Customer paid for:(3) feeder

Westpark-bldg n - 1st & 2nd levels - add three/ relocate 77 quick response fire sprinklers to accommodate new tenant finish layout of the first and second levels. Change out 45 existing standard response sprinklers to new quick response sprinklers. Total of 81 headstotal of 81 heads

Work is along south side of ne 90th street (from 154th ave ne to the west for 473 feet) and the west side of 154th avenue ne (from ne 90th street to the south for 1135 feet).
