Check and inspect existing wiring equipment through out building due to deterioration or damage from high voltage contact from peco power lines

Replace 100amp service cable to existing panel, meter board socket and fishing all wire to receptacles, switches, fixtures & branch circuits as per nec 2008

Masonry front wall - remove existing top 4 courses of cmu front masonry wall 268" x 3 every 40". Replace the top 4 courses as necessary. Install #5 rebar at into existing 12" cmu wall down to foundation. Fill all cells with 20 psi grout at rebar locations. Grind out and repoint horizontal cracks in wall. Contractor shall be responsible to insure proper storage of material so as not to cause overloading of the new or existing structure during the installation. Contractor will provide shoring as needed to perfom the insllation. No other work allowed under this permit. Call district office, 215-685-2276, regarding required inspections at above property.
